I asked my dear husband this question and I knew his answer before he spoke. Without hesitation he said "Chill out!" Meaning, get off my own back, stop fretting over my weaknesses, ect, ect, ect!He does know me well! He would be right on!I am working harder to rest, does that make sense, stiving to rest:)?In returning to Me and resting in Me you shall be saved. (loosely translated Is 30:15)
My best friend from 9th grade told me, "Don't borrow trouble!" She was right. I have an over-active imagination, and am always worrying deeply about "what could happen when I'm 70...". Life doesn't always turn out the way you expect. Vain imaginings are futile. Life usually throws you something you DON'T anticipate, and they you have to rely on God to help you through it.
