Thank You, Father, that I ‘get to be a mama today!
I get to train and disciple the next generation.
I get to choose joy—choose smiles
I get to display Your love today
I get to feed and nourish bodies AND souls today
I get to shape children’s hearts today
I get to be a part of who they will become
I get to snuggle and hug and tickle today
I get to pray for future men and women of God today
Yes, thank You Father that I get to be a mama today!!

Lovely! Just lovely! I was thinking about that last night - how thankful I am to be a mommy to my 3 little boys. I love their individual personalities, the fact that I have 3 strong-willed children; silly, goofy, tender-hearted twins and a feisty, not-to-messed with 15 month old. I'm so thankful that God chose me to their mommy.
Congratulations, by the way, on another grandchild on the way!
What a great reminder! It is such a priviledge and one that I absolutley LOVE and ENJOY. I want to be with my children. I take them eveywhere with me. Most don't understand but we are a family and I like my children's company. I want them with me. I GET to be their momma and I can't do that unless they are with me.
