If Only For a Moment . . .

Stop the baking, cooking, planning, shopping, wrapping, decorating . . . just stop!

Now, breathe . . . breathe in deeply . . . breathe out deeply

Close your eyes and sing with me . . .

Turn your eyes upon Jesus,
Look full in His wonderful face,
And the things of earth will grow strangely dim,
In the light of His glory and grace.

Sing it again, slowly, breathing in the very Jesus we celebrate.
Let's not lose sight of Him!

Great Reminder, Michelle! It is so easy to get caught up with all of the hustle and bustle and think about everything BUT JESUS - who is truly the reason for the season.

So true! Its to easy to get caught up in all the rush and bustle. But that's not what this time is for.

Praise God!
That's the song I sing to myself when I start to feel overwhelmed! :) It brings everything back into focus.
God bless you all, and a blessed Christmas!
