It is called Couch to 5K. or C25K. I used it when I got home from GA -- after not even being able to walk up a hill. I had never run distances before. But was determined I was going to do something to take my life back. I started in August and ran my 5K at the end of October. And the app really helped me to know how to do it!
YEAH! You can do it!!
PatiencePatience Joyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08248500468135305095noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5790273135643270641.post-67785331849190400462014-04-12T15:48:08.975-04:002014-04-12T15:48:08.975-04:00Oh....how I love reading about your life story, Mi...Oh....how I love reading about your life story, Michelle! I love picturing you running out to the mailbox (which...btw...I did the exact same thing before I decided to take up running AGAIN..lol), or jogging slowly in the falling snow with your son by your side. It's moments like that that you'll remember and treasure forever. :) Do you still run together?

Looking forward to the next issue of your running lifestory! ♥

xoxo laurieHeaven's Walkhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16632739764562279850noreply@blogger.com
