I ate horribly during my pregnancy with her due to a stillbirth before her (can we say, "emotional eating"?! :( )

Another dd who is now 10 is also a bit cavity prone, and is the second "worst" orthodontically. I tried to think what was different during that pregnancy--and remembered I was eating "low fat" due to having had my gall bladder out!

Made a believer out of me! I preach it ALL the time to my girls! LOL!

"My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge"--I realize that speaks mainly to spiritual issues, but how true literally! Knowledge of healthy ways to nourish our bodies!

Thanks for sharing your heart!

HUGS!

Trisch7Sistershttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05133504465887583157noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5790273135643270641.post-63585034845801785682010-02-09T19:29:56.616-05:002010-02-09T19:29:56.616-05:00I am looking forward to what you have to say...esp...I am looking forward to what you have to say...especially after watching Food, INC. It takes a lot of effort to do the research and then try to put it together in a blog post. That takes a lot of love for the Body of Christ, in my opinion. If you didn't care for us, then you wouldn't bother, right?

My husband and I have watched documentaries about our corrupted food system, Monsanto and GMO foods, etc. There are many who benefit from the population being sick and diseased (think "big Pharma")

We don't eat processed food and we're doing our best to only put healthy foods into our body. My problem is that from time to time, I will yield to temptation and eat something sweet (dumb). The effect on me is amazing: I become sluggish, cranky, and often develop a headache. Why? Because sugar is a drug! It's an eye-opener to research the ingredients listed on processed food labels. For example, calcium chloride is in road salt! Yum, I'd like a bowl of that! Sorry about the sarcasm, but it makes me angry to think of what these big food corporations are trying to pass off as food. Well, that's my two cents worth, today :-)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5790273135643270641.post-68419504177540988442010-02-09T11:32:08.098-05:002010-02-09T11:32:08.098-05:00LOL!
